The staff was accommodating, offering valuable local tips.
Unfortunately, noise from the nearby club made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Even though the hotel provided earplugs, the bass reverberated through the walls, causing significant discomfort. I had to change rooms due to this issue, but the front desk couldn't offer a suitable alternative that night.

For Mumbai suburbs, a great location. It's very difficult to get anywhere in Mumbai, but Bandara is a fun area, is reasonably quiet at night, and more pedestrian friendly than most parts of Mumbai. There is also great shopping in the area.
The facility is relatively new, but starting to show some signs of aging. Our room needed a deep cleaning, the white surfaces are a nice idea, or they were when new, but they really show the inevitable grime of Mumbai. The shower looks really nice but there was almost no pressure and the shower head is connected to a shower arm completely wrong. But for Mumbai, it was ok

Art spiritual concept by owner Arjun. Interesting neighborhood in suburbs. Always a pleasure to return to.
Some front desk not 4+, but all more than fine.

Nicely decorated rooms with a unique ravana themed decor, well-mannered stuff. Location near to the international air port, a platform which gave a distinctly oriental feeling and the promenade and ocean.
Average area.

Highly recommend for families
The staff were amazing, helping out whenever we asked, like the time when we needed to change our schedule last minute and they sorted it out with ease. The breakfast spread was good, kids loved the pancakes but the fresh fruits were a hit with everyone, really sets the day off right.
It wasn't exactly on the cheap side but for what we got, it was still worth it.
